DVSC believes it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless animals, and to place them in loving permanent homes. We encourage the public to spay and neuter their pets. We work diligently to educate the public on the importance of adopting rather than buying pets, pet sterilization, responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of all animals.
