Seems that my debit card was not acting properly and would not accept their pinging of my account for 4 months. Sent to collections because it was not fully paid. Asked to speak to a supervisor and nothing happened for 6 weeks. Finally a call and I ended up telling them I was going to do exactly what I'm doing here. Giving them a "one finger up" rating. Good riddance to the finance department. The local pet hospital is a wonderful place to go, but never let Washington get after you. Can't say how disappointed I was and mad I am that we must start over with two grown ** dogs. Adios Banfield.
